About Us

For the past year I've been in the process of building a "local hub" for athletes to train in a group setting and improve their fitness and performance in the most proficient and safe environment. On October 1st, we are excited to introduce the area's first multisport facility called "Eastside Multisport Center" or simply, "EMC".

EMC's primary focus is an indoor cycling specific concept called Multi Riding. We improve your cycling performance by teaching "TRAINING WITH POWER" and utilizing the revolutionary, CompuTrainer™ MultiRider System.

To achieve optimal performance, EMC also includes Performance Therapy providing athletes with the latest technology in injury prevention called Trigger Point Therapy, and an on site massage therapist who specializes in sports therapy and rehabilitation.

If you are serious about improving your cycling in the most efficient and safe environment while achieving the greatest results, then there is no better way than to "TRAIN WITH POWER".
