Zuzen Exercise and Power Pilates Mat Class

Biomechanical/Structural Assessment

Prior to beginning a Zuzen Exercise or Power Pilates Mat Class it is advised to have a 30min. preliminary assessment with instructor to establish status of existing stabilizer function, spinal posture type and muscle balance. Please wear shorts and shirt. Sign up today!
