Triathlon

At EMC, triathlon is our sport of choice. As athletes and coaches, we believe in supporting our areas coaches. We welcome all coaches to bring their athletes or team into EMC to Multi Ride or train.

EMC will provide each coach a section on our "Coaches Board" to advertise their coaching services. Because our primary focus is Multi Riding and Performance Therapy we will direct athletes who inquire about Triathlon Coaching to our "Coaches Board". It is not limited to triathlon, but swimming, cycling, running, golf...etc. All coaches must sign a non-compete agreement.

We look forward to having you in our facility. Check out our newest coaches who train their clients at EMC! You can be here too!

EMC Junior Triathlon Team

Eastside Multisport Center is proud to introduce the EMC Junior Triathlon Team. EMC Junior Triathlon Team is open to youths from 7 to 18 years old. The only requirement is that you can swim 25 yards, ride a bike and run. The goals of EMC Junior Triathlon Team is to help kids become more active with what a lot of kids love to do...play in the water, ride their bike, run and play. With dedicated coaches, we will provide a solid foundation of skills, strength, and knowledge in swimming, bicycling, and running, as well as encouraging team building, sportsmanship and camaraderie in young athletes.

Our kick-off date for the EMC Junior Tri Team will be January 7th, 2008. Watch for dates and time on informational meetings coming in December and January. For more information about EMC Junior Team contact Eric Preston at espreston@gmail.com.
